Ostrom pairs a dynamic tariff with its NeoGrid virtual power plant, connecting devices directly into the core energy product rather than bolting them on beside it. Over the past year the company has nearly doubled its connected device base to tens of thousands of EV chargers, batteries and solar systems, with battery connections alone growing around 200 percent year over year.

Optimization customers don’t have to think about
Households that connect a charger, battery or solar system get automatic optimization: charging shifts to lower-priced hours, batteries respond to price signals, and the system works in the background against the customer’s own targets and schedules, with an override always available. Connected EV users save up to 50 percent a year.
