Help shape
the next grid

We’re solving one of the hardest problems in energy: making millions of distributed devices work together as one system. If you think clearly under complexity, want your work to matter, and care deeply about the craft of building software, we’d like to meet you.

What we’re building

The grid was built for a world where energy flowed in one direction, from a few to many.

Now it lives across homes, cars, batteries, and solar panels, in millions of devices. Enode connects those devices and gives them rhythm. We’re the layer between the home and the grid, used by Europe’s largest energy companies to build smart charging, home energy management, and grid flexibility at scale.

What drives us

Values and principles that shape how we decide, build, and treat each other

Be a missionary

We know our mission, and why it matters. We proactively deepen our understanding of the energy transition and spread that knowledge inside and outside the company. Conviction turns into resilience.

Be an owner

We have the autonomy to make decisions, and the responsibility to make them well. When something needs doing, we step in. We see things through and deliver high quality.

Be compassionate

Empathy is a baseline, but compassion goes further. We want the people around us to do well. When we view others through that lens, we see their intentions more clearly and assume the best. That extends to colleagues, partners, and customers alike.

Be ambitious

We want to be the best in the world at what we do. We encourage risk-taking and creative thinking, and we recognise that true ambition is not just setting high goals but doing what it takes to meet them.

Be open

We make better decisions when we put our heads together. We share information openly, voice concerns and disagreements honestly, and give each other continuous feedback. Transparency builds trust and better outcomes.

Use AI as a multiplier

We actively adopt AI across everything we do. We give every team member access to the best tools available and encourage them to push the boundaries of what they can achieve.
